As a former parishioner and altar boy at St. Stanislaus and dual Polish and American citizen I was privileged to be invited to give a Power Point presentation at Armed Forces Week in Plymouth, England on June 25, 2012. The subject was my family and search to find information about my dad Lieutenant Kazimierz Sadowski, (Marynarka Wojenna - submarine O.R.P. Zbik 1939), and the Polish submarines interned in Sweden in 1939.
The presentation was well received by about 100 attendees comprised of former veterans, veterans' families and dignitaries including the Polish Defense Attache Captain Stanislaw Kroll and British Naval personnel.

I'll be at the festival on Sunday 23 september to meet with some of my Blessed Sacrament classmates, (1954) as well as to see old family friends.
